The #7 Oregon Ducks finished the season with a 10-2 overall record, which included a 8-1 record in Pac-10 play. Oregon clinched Pac-10′s top postseason ranking with a 37-33 win over Oregon State in the Civil War game. The #8 Ohio State Buckeyes also had a 10-2 overall record, and were 7-1 in Big Ten play.
